The Company urges all shareholders to complete their Know Your Customer (KYC) formalities and update the requisite details at the earliest, in order to facilitate seamless processing of dividends and to avoid the transfer of unpaid or unclaimed dividends to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), in accordance with applicable regulations.
